News, 8/4/2010The EuroTour 2010 has started with the Dutch Open 2010 :).

The Dutch Open was played just before the Easter break and had a full field of 90 players spread on 7 divisions. Most winners had comfortable gaps down to the runners up, but in Amateur Advanced division it was not settled until the very last hole, who of the 4 finalists would get the title.
The standings will be updated, as soon as PDGA HQ has processed and uploaded the official results.
The winners were:
Open - Markus Källström, Sweden
Masters - Kari Vesala, Finland
Grandmasters - Terje Rørmark, Norway
Advanced - Chris Clausing, Netherlands
Junior - Maxime Tanghe, Belgium
The reigning European Champion, Ville Piippo, was in the lead after first round, but unfortunately needed to quit the tournament.
Another Finn, Master player Kari Vesala, played terrific and would have placed second in the Open division!
Hubert and Ruud again picked up a lot of discs from the water with help from nets and a raft - thanks guys!
